Safety

Staying safe on Roburna Builders.

How to report a problem, control what you see, protect your account, and recognise the people who aren’t actually us.

Reporting

Every broadcast, comment, profile, and project has a Report control. Look for the flag icon () — on a broadcast it sits in the card header, on a comment it appears when you hover the row, and on a profile or project page it sits beside Follow. Pick the category that fits best (spam, harassment, impersonation, illegal content, or other) and add anything that would help a moderator. Reports go to a queue our team reviews — the person you reported is never told who reported them.

Blocking and muting

Blocking someone stops them from messaging you. Muting a project hides its broadcasts from your feed without them knowing — use it when you’d rather not see updates from a project but don’t need to block anyone. Both are reversible any time from your settings or the project’s page.

Two-factor authentication

Turn on 2FA in Account settings — it adds a one-time code from an authenticator app on top of your password, so a leaked password alone can’t sign someone in as you. We also give you recovery codes when you enroll; save them somewhere safe, since they’re the only way back in if you lose your device.

Spotting impersonation

Official Roburna accounts only ever post from the roburnabuilders.com domain and are verified within the product itself — we never DM you first asking you to connect a wallet, share a seed phrase, or move a conversation to Telegram or Discord. If an account claiming to be Roburna staff reaches out first, asks for credentials, or pushes urgency, it isn’t us. Report it and don’t engage.

Links and wallets

Any link a project or builder posts opens through an interstitial that shows you the real destination before you leave Roburna — we don’t vet third-party sites, so check the address yourself before you connect a wallet or sign anything. We will never ask you for a seed phrase, private key, or wallet password anywhere on the platform, in a broadcast, comment, or message. If you see someone else asking for one, report it immediately.

If something goes wrong

Report the content first — that’s what starts a review. If your own account is suspended and you believe it was a mistake, you can submit an appeal from the sign-in screen; a staff member reviews every appeal individually.

Moderation transparency

Monthly aggregate figures from our moderation audit trail. These totals contain no account names, report text, or other personal information.
