HOW IT WORKS
Support for builders who actually ship.
Roburna Builders is a public directory and support programme for teams building in the Roburna ecosystem. You create a project, you post what you are doing, you submit evidence when you hit a milestone, and a reviewer verifies it. What you get back scales with what you have actually done.
The four steps
Create your project
Name, tagline, what you are building, which vertical. That is the whole form. Creating it verifies Milestone 1 — your public commitment — and puts a page live at roburnabuilders.com/project/your-slug.
Ship, and say so
Post updates as you go. This is the part that matters: consistency is what the status ladder measures, what partners look at, and what the service tracks pay out on. Once a week is the target.
Submit milestones with evidence
When you hit a milestone, you submit what you did and the evidence for it. A Roburna reviewer verifies it — typically two or three business days. Verified milestones appear on your public page; unverified ones are nobody else’s business.
Support unlocks as you go
Status advances on verified milestones, and each stage opens more: partner rates, audit subsidies, PR, and direct investor introductions at the top of the ladder.
The two milestone tracks
Track A is about getting a product in front of people. Track B is about turning it into a business. They run in parallel — Track B is optional if your project is not pursuing revenue, and it opens immediately rather than waiting for Track A to finish.
Track A · Idea → Live
- Milestone 1 · Public commitment
- Milestone 2 · First working prototype
- Milestone 3 · First external users
- Milestone 4 · Sustained activity (90 days)
- Milestone 5 · Mainnet or traction threshold
Track B · Live → Revenue → Company
- Milestone B1 · First paying customer
- Milestone B2 · Sustained revenue (3 months)
- Milestone B3 · Team expansion
- Milestone B4 · Legal entity formed
- Milestone B5 · Growth threshold · scale
The status ladder
Your stage is derived from verified milestones, never assigned. It cannot drift out of sync with the evidence behind it, and nobody can be talked into a promotion.

Who it is for
Founders building on Roburna
You have an idea, a prototype, or a live product. You want distribution, partner rates, and a public record of execution that is worth something because it was verified rather than self-declared.
Teams already shipping elsewhere
You are building multi-chain and want a presence in the Roburna ecosystem. Track B exists for projects already past the prototype stage.
Investors and partners
You want deal flow where progress claims come with evidence attached. Every verified milestone on this platform was reviewed by a human against submitted evidence.
What the support package covers
Different pieces unlock at different stages, and everything below is a real, currently-running part of the programme rather than a roadmap item.
- Service Directory — negotiated rates on infrastructure, security, design, legal, and marketing partners.
- PR and placements — coverage placed by the Roburna PR team, badged so readers can tell it from coverage you found yourself.
- Sessions — workshops, service presentations, and educational calls, some open to everyone and some for the accelerator cohort.
- Service tracks — standing partner prizes (a free audit, an editorial feature, a subsidised design sprint) that go to consistently shipping projects.
- Investor programme — a waitlist for direct introductions, for projects with a verified track record.
What this is not
It is not a grant programme. Roburna Builders does not write cheques. What it provides is support, distribution, negotiated partner rates, and introductions — which is the thing most early teams are actually short of, but it is not money in your account.
It is not an accelerator you graduate from. There is no cohort you have to be accepted into to start. Anyone can create a project today. The accelerator cohort is a smaller, separate thing on top.
Verification is real review. A milestone submission goes to a person who reads the evidence and can reject it with a note. That is the whole reason a verified milestone on a public project page means something.
It costs nothing to join. No fee, no equity, no token allocation. Some partner services in the directory pay Roburna a referral commission, which is disclosed on the directory page itself and never changes the rate you get.
Questions this page does not answer: come to an onboarding session.
Still deciding?
Look at what people are actually building. Every project page shows verified milestones and real update history — no account needed.
